Bio
Alex was born in 1970 near Nuremberg, Germany, and came to Iyengar Yoga in 2002 through Vipassana meditation and Aikido. After completing a three-year teacher training in the tradition of B.K.S. Iyengar, he deepened his studies in India with teachers and institutions including RIMYI in Pune. Based in Goa since 2008, Alex teaches regular classes, workshops and retreats, combining Iyengar Yoga, biomechanics and yoga therapy for students of different levels and body types.
